Summary:
In September, INSEC district representatives have reported three incidents resulting in four casualties. Among the casualties, one got injured in mine explosion while others were injured in IED explosion. No victim-activated explosion has been reported in October till date.

In August, there were two victim-activated incidents with three casualties. Mid-West region was most affected with three incidents and four casualties while Central region and two incidents and four casualties among whom two were dead.

In March, INSEC district representatives reported seven incidents resulting in 39 casualties of one person was killed. In April, INSEC district representatives reported three incidents with four casualties. Mid-Western Region was most affected with five incidents and six casualties while Far-western Region had one incident in Doti with one casualty. Eastern region had one incident with 32 villagers injured.
