Madhesi Youth Forum Declares Land Capture
Morang/ March 9
Madhesi Youth Forum, youth wing of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum has announced capture of two bighas of land belonging to 11 persons including Ram Bahadur Thapa.
The group placed a flag at the land located at Kharji of Biratnagar sub-metropolis-5 on March 8.
Commenting on the move, the group said the land was captured as the locals were suffering because the land owners were buying the land cheap and would sell for high profit.
The land would be distributed among the landless persons, the group added.
Sub-inspector Raju Shrestha of District Police Office said they did not have any information regarding the issue.
